  5. This is a great question. I know that many small towns in America are really hurting because the factory jobs that once sustained them have not gone oversees. My wife an I visit a small down in New Hamspire over the summer - it was pretty depressing. This could be part of the problem. Usually, people who abuse substances are trying to escape from something.
